Our residents are in for a treat this Saturday, as Top Marks will be performing in the Dining Room after lunch. Mark and Mark are a popular local Jazz duo and have performed here several times before.

We held an Afternoon Tea Party to welcome the new Matron at Drumconner Bournemouth, Mrs Jo Wright.

Many relatives and friends of Drumconner attended and enjoyed the fabulous refreshments prepared by our new chef Kristina and the staff.

Christmas Day at Drumconner Bournemouth

We had a special visitor on Christmas Day, Santa came to meet the residents and brought them all presents! Then all the residents and some of their families and friends had a sumptous Christmas Lunch before relaxing for a traditional post lunch rest!

Fashion Event

The Fashion Event held on Thursday 1 December, was a great success. The company, Stephanie Miller brought clothes to the Home, for the Residents to try clothes on in the comfort of their own rooms. This was a great benefit to the residents who are not normally able to go shopping themselves.

The ladies in particular really enjoyed it!
